The Good
Health @Work Ambassador Network
We know it can be tough for SMEs to focus on workplace health and wellbeing. That’s why we’ve launched the Good Health @Work Ambassador Network, a peer-to-peer support group designed to share best practices and create lasting change.
Our Ambassadors work with SMEs across Suffolk, helping businesses improve employee health and wellbeing while building a supportive, collaborative network.
What is the GH@W Ambassador Network?
The Ambassador Network connects SMEs to a community of like-minded businesses that have already progressed through the GH@W
self-assessment framework.
This network acts as a bridge, combining Hub resources with real-world insights from Ambassadors, making it easier to implement sustainable workplace wellbeing improvements.
By joining, you’ll gain access to peer-to-peer collaboration, expert advice, and practical solutions to confidently enhance health and wellbeing in your business.
- Engage with a network of SMEs on the same journey to improve workplace wellbeing, sharing experiences and working toward common goals.
- Participate in peer-to-peer mentoring sessions to share knowledge and experience, and discuss how to promote health and wellbeing in the workplace.
- Benefit from the insights and best practices of businesses that have successfully progressed through the programme, offering real-world advice and proven strategies.
- Share success stories and find out how other SMEs have improved the health and wellbeing of their employees.
- Reduce the sense of isolation by connecting with peers, sharing challenges and solutions, and building confidence to implement sustainable wellbeing practices in your workplace.
- Become a role model and provide support to other ambassadors.
- Attend Good Health @Work networking events to promote your business to local SMEs and discuss championing a culture of health and wellbeing.
Become a GH@W Ambassador
If you have completed our self-assessment framework, you can become a Good Health @Work Ambassador and support other Suffolk businesses on their workplace health journey.
There’s no fixed time commitment – you can offer as much or as little support as you can spare. Peer-to-peer guidance can make a real difference to businesses working through the Good Health @Work Programme.
Want to learn more? Contact us, and a member of our team will be in touch, or speak to your GH@W Navigator today.
