Our Navigators will work with you to tailor the standards you are working towards to fit your specific business type, size, and needs. They will be with you every step of the way, checking in regularly and providing guidance to keep you on track.

Working with our Navigators, you’ll receive a personalised customer journey. They will identify what your business is already doing well, highlight areas needing improvement, and direct you to resources and training to support your progress.

Each of our Navigators brings their own expertise, including specialisms in equality, diversity, inclusion, LGBTQA+, and mental and physical health support. Whichever area you need support in, our Navigators can help.

Good Health @Work Navigator Development Lead

Gail has spent the majority of her career in healthcare and recruitment where she has over 15 years experience. She has a QCF (NVQ) Level 3 in Business and Administration and enjoys learning, teaching, and networking in her professional life.

Gail is enthusiastic about connecting with people, supporting those with neurodiversity, and raising awareness. Gail has lived in Suffolk most of her life and enjoys travelling and walking in the countryside with her dogs. 

Lin Smith

Good Health @Work Navigator

Lin is passionate about mental health and has completed a Counselling qualification and a Mental Health First Aid certificate. Her skill set is in Health and Social care, working with people with mental health issues, the elderly and neurodivergent people.

Lin believes in open communication, she has keen listening skills and an understanding of body language and non-verbal language. This has been vital in her work to support individuals and helps her to build good working relationships through trust, understanding and ongoing support. In her spare time, she practices holistic therapies including Reiki.

Laura Graham-Clarke

Good Health @Work Navigator

Laura is an advocate of equality, diversion and inclusion in the workplace. Her previous role in recruitment and youth work for The Princes Trust, gave her valuable experience in creating a diverse and inclusive workforce, to allow everyone to bring their full selves to work.

Her passion for all things EDI helps Laura to support people from all backgrounds, particularly those within the LGBTQIA + community where she has provided support and guidance to managers and colleagues to support existing employees and new recruits.

Maxine Simons

Good Health @ Work Project Officer

Maxine has worked as the Resource Hub Project Officer helping to create and launch the resource hub. Her role has now been merged with the Ambassador Project Officer role and is now known as the Good Health @ Work Project Officer.

Maxine's background is in digital design, specifically user experience and customer voice.
