GH@W Success Story

Supporting Workplace Wellbeing in Suffolk with the Good Health @Work Programme.

At Christies Care, supporting employee wellbeing has always been a priority. From innovative wellbeing initiatives to ongoing professional development, the organisation already had a culture focused on health, happiness, and growth. However, while these efforts were well-established, they hadn’t previously been brought together into one cohesive framework, until they joined the Good Health @Work programme.

With the support of their GH@W Navigator, Laura Graham-Clarke, Christies Care gained expert guidance on navigating the awards process. Laura helped the team refine their existing initiatives, evidence their impact, and highlight the strong, supportive workplace culture they had built over time.

Rather than starting from scratch, the focus was on celebrating and building upon their existing strengths. Using the programme’s comprehensive Resource Hub, Christies Care was able to showcase the depth and breadth of their wellbeing work in a structured and impactful way.

Having already achieved Bronze and Silver recognition, Christies Care is now proudly celebrating its Good Health @Work Gold Award. This milestone reflects their long-standing commitment to employee wellbeing and provides a powerful platform to continue innovating, evolving, and leading by example in workplace health and wellbeing.

Christies Care shared their thoughts on the journey:
“We are delighted to have been awarded the GH@W Gold Award! This achievement reflects the dedication and passion of our team, and we’re especially grateful to Laura for her energy and support. The process has given us a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the incredible work we do every day, and we couldn’t be prouder.”

Laura Graham-Clarke, GH@W Navigator, added:
“It’s been an absolute pleasure supporting Christies Care on this journey. Their commitment to workplace wellbeing shines through in everything they do, and this award is a true reflection of their passion and hard work.”
